International Hardsuits (North Vancouver, BC, Canada) formed as a subsidiary of Can-Dive Services Ltd., a pioneer in the development of Atmospheric Diving Systems (ADS). |
1992 |
Hard Suits Inc. (renamed) announced as a publically traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. |
1996 |
Hard Suits Inc. acquired by American Oilfield Divers (AOD), a mid-sized publicly traded diving company headquartered in Houston, Texas. |
1998 |
New senior management installed at Hard Suits by AOD and AOD acquired by Stolt Offshore S.A. (UK based). |
2001 |
Management buy-out of Hard Suits Inc. completed by OceanWorks International Inc. headquartered in Houston, Texas. OceanWorks International Corporation formed as the Canadian subsidiary. |
